FIELD: sport.SUBSTANCE: device comprises a base with a housing fixed to it with a pipe inserted into it, inside which the striker is located. On the striker the elastic petals are mounted, that allow its movement inside the pipe in only one direction. The base has a recess to accommodate the ball. The housing at the base has a window and a cut-out for placement and removal of the ball. The pipe also has a window with a scale division applied on it. At the top of the housing there is a clamp. The device operates as follows: the base is set horizontally. The striker is inserted into the pipe so that its lower part is at the same level as the end of the pipe. The striker is retained from falling out of the pipe by the petals. When pressing on the clamp the pipe with the striker under its own weight moves downwards. The striker reaching the ball deforms it and bounces due to elastic deformation of the ball, moving upwards through the pipe. The pipe, reaching the base damper ring, stops. The striker stops in the pipe and is not moved downwards retained by the petals. Through the window in the housing and the window with the scale division in the pipe the position of the striker is recorded.EFFECT: improvement of measurement accuracy of rebound.4 dwg
