FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: first, holes are cut in rails, to which transverse planks are installed to be assembled into packs; then, assembled packs of rails are attached to the bunker surface; for that purpose, holes are drilled in transverse planks; after that, they are suspended on fasteners and fixed, and a gap between the rails and the bunker surface is filled with concrete. Anchors of spacer or screw type are used as fasteners. Packs are fixed with nuts with washers. Two packs at the point of the joint are fixed with one transverse plank that is inserted into slots. Packs are formed by alternation of rails of different standard sizes. Length of pipes is determined depending on relief of surface of the bunker.EFFECT: protection of underground bunkers made in mine rock against abrasive wear, static and dynamic loads.6 cl, 4 dwg |
