FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: reinforced concrete sleeper includes beam (1) with reinforcement bar (2) with its ends at the beam (1) end protected by a polymer plug (3). The sleeper is equipped with tip (4) in the form of polymer sleeve where the plug (3) is placed, and the tip is connected with reinforcement bar (2) end and beam (1) end. Upper tip part (4) can be stepped, with double expansion. The plug (3) can have external diameter of upper part equal to diameter of other plug elements and equal to internal diameter of the upper tip part (4). The plug (3) can have external diameter of upper part exceeding diameter of other plug elements and equal to internal diameter of the first expansion of the upper tip part (4).EFFECT: extended working life of sleeper due to protection of reinforcement bars at beam ends from water, and improved fracture resistance during sleeper extraction from mould.4 cl, 4 dwg |
