<p>The invention relates to a method for producing a permanent magnet based on ferromagnetic powder, comprising the following steps: coating the powder grains with a first polymer having a melting temperature Tf1; mixing the thus coated grains with a second polymer having a melting temperature Tf2 above Tf1; shaping the mixture; heating the shaped mixture under conditions that allow the selective melting of the first polymer, advantageously at a temperature above Tf1 and below Tf2; applying a magnetic field to the shaped and heated mixture; lowering the temperature of the magnet, thereby allowing the solidification of the first polymer, advantageously at a temperature below Tf1.</p> |
