<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The element has a main duct (2) extending along longitudinal axis (XX) and bringing exhaust gas produced by an internal combustion engine toward a nitrogen oxide selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst (4). A mixer (9) includes a rotation axle (11) parallel to the longitudinal axis. A pair of vanes (10, 10') is symmetrical around the rotation axle and is arranged in such manner that circulation of exhaust gas in the main duct drives the vanes in rotation. A stream of gaseous reducing agent is introduced through an opening (7) during rotation of the vanes. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Exhaust element for an exhaust line (claimed) utilized to circulate exhaust gas i.e. ammonia gas, produced by an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle to treat pollutants. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The element is designed to obtain a homogeneous mixture between the exhaust gas and a gaseous agent i.e. ammonia, at an axial short distance starting from a point of injection. The element is simple and compact, and generates low pressure drop in the main duct. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a schematic view of an exhaust element.
