<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The wheelchair (1) has a support assembly moving relative to a frame (2) between sitting and stand-up positions in which the assembly is arranged to support and raise the user in an upright position, respectively. A swing bar (10) is mounted to freely rotate with respect to the frame. A blocking unit of the bar authorizes free rotation of the frame when the assembly is in the sitting position and blocks the rotation of the bar relative to the frame when the assembly is in the stand-up position so as to transform the articulated frame into a rigid frame in a reversible manner. #CMT# : #/CMT# The blocking unit includes a barring lever (20). #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Stand-up wheelchair for a reduced mobility person. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The swing bar blocking unit authorizes the free rotation of frame when the support assembly is in stand-up position so as to transform the articulated frame into the rigid frame in a reversible manner, thus providing increased stability in the stand-up position to limit any risk of fall of a user.
