摘要 FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: beer disinfection method involves placement of 1000 l of beer in the beer collector with coal-graphite plates and maintenance of beer therein during 4 hours. Pressure is maintained at a level no lower than 0.05 MPa at a temperature of 0-0.5°C under the impact of polarisation current of coal-graphite plates self-organisation equal to 10 nA. The plates are placed within the whole bulk of the collector at a height of 1500 mm, with thickness within the range of 2-3 mm and distance between the plates equal to 50 mm.EFFECT: bear quality enhancement and storage life increase due to complete removal of disease-causing bacterial medium simplify beer disinfection and purification provision and maintenance.2 tbl, 3 dwg
