摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# Use of a composition comprising a polymeric system implemented in a methacrylate matrix for caulking, preferably bridge and/or ship hull, is claimed, where: the polymeric system contains block copolymers (such as A, B, C, etc block copolymers) without styrene forming at least two blocks, preferably three blocks and is dissolved in a matrix of aromatic linear or branched acrylic and/or methacrylic monomers; and the matrix is included or intended to be included in a structural type methacrylate adhesive formulation. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is included for caulking of wood and/or bridge of ship comprising degreasing wood caulk and/or deck of the ship, applying the adhesive composition and accosting the teak deck, filling grooves with the composition and applying the resin to a slight dome to allow it to compensate the post cross linking shrinkage, cross linking the applied composition, and grinding the excess caulking/binding composition of joint surfaces to be applied and cured, after a duration of not more than 2-4 hours. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The composition is useful for caulking of bridge and/or ship hull on materials such as wood e.g. teak and optionally composites using redox system (all claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The composition is durable and effective on all types of bridges, and exhibits good aging resistance, fatigue resistance and joining flexibility. #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The methacrylate matrix is intended to be included in a methacrylate type adhesive formulation. The block copolymers without styrene polymer system consist of thermosetting and/or thermoplastic polymers, preferably A-B-A-, A-B-B-A- or -A-A-B- polymers. The methacrylate matrix of methacrylate units is made of styrene butadiene rubber and/or styrene butadiene styrene methacrylate, preferably 5C-methyl methacrylate and/or 8C-butyl methacrylate. The methacrylate units involved in the block copolymer are functionalized by acid or hydroxyl functions, preferably methacrylic acid functions. The block copolymer is dissolved in greater than 5 wt.%, preferably greater than 10 wt.% a matrix of aliphatic, linear and/or branched, cyclic and/or aromatic (meth)acrylic monomers. Preferred Composition: The composition further comprises 5-60 wt.%, preferably 10-30 wt.% of methyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate-methyl methacrylate or methyl methacrylate-butadiene-methyl methacrylate non functionalities, 40-95 wt.%, preferably 70-90 wt.% of 5C-aliphatic, cyclic and/or aromatic, linear and/or branched (meth)acrylate, preferably 5-10C-methyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate, propyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate, pentyl methacrylate, hexyl methacrylate, benzyl methacrylate and cyclohexyl methacrylate to form the solubilizing block copolymer matrix. The composition comprises 40-87.50%, preferably 60-80% of block copolymers, 10-40% of acrylates and/or methacrylates, preferably 15-25 % of methacrylates, 1-10%, preferably 5% of physical (preferred) and/or chemical rheological additives, 1-10%, preferably 5% of adhesive additives, and 0.5-5% of one or more aliphatic, heterocyclic or aromatic amines, where the amines is primary, secondary and/or tertiary amines, preferably 1% of secondary and/or tertiary amines.</p>
