FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: reinforcing filler represent fibres of various natural origin, particularly, fibres produced in various production processes. Long thin fibres are produced by lengthwise abrasion of bamboo wastes. To remove chlorophyll said fibres are boiled in water for 20 minutes at pH 8 and supernatant fluid is drawn off. Then, fibres are ground to required size (2-4 mm). Processed fibres are mixed with all other components in rotor running at 1800-2000 rpm and at the room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Particles of starch and other components penetrate in fibres and mix therewith. At lumping, water is gradually added to get an ideal mix suitable for production of required moulded articles.EFFECT: biodegradable mix for production of moulded articles.15 cl |
