FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device contains a rattle multi-section helical drum installed on the bed plate. The drum is made out of sections that are one-by-one connected with each other by their end faces with holes in form of polygons. Each section is assembled of two sub-sections. The first sub-section along the perimeter is made out of even number of similar first oblique triangles, that one-by-one are connected with the second oblique triangles. The second sub-section is made along the perimeter of at least four similar equilateral triangles, that are one-by-one connected with sides of at least four similar oblique triangles with angle 90° at top. These sub-sections are connected with each other in sections by their end faces. Along the full drum length a cone spring is installed, it has device for turns pitch adjustment.EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of processing and expansion of the process possibilities of the device.9 dwg
