PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry film including an ink layer that gives visible identification characters/symbols, pictures or the like, and a method for manufacturing the dry film.SOLUTION: The dry film includes an ink layer having a functional group deposited on a mixture (compatible) photosensitive resin of an epoxy-based resin and an acrylic-based resin and is configured in such a manner that proportions of crosslink density or polymerization degrees of the epoxy-based resin and the acrylic-based resin are varied by changing a dose of UV rays on the mixture photosensitive resin to induce differences in a refractive index or transparency, and the differences are visible through a color of the ink.
