PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission device which reduces the number of times of user operations required for transmitting data in an authentication mode and a non-authentication mode, compared to a device that does not have this configuration.SOLUTION: A data transmission device operates in an authentication mode which transmits data only when a user is successfully authenticated, or in a non-authentication mode which can transmit data without authentication of the user. The data transmission device comprises: authentication means which authenticates the user; address acquisition means which acquires an address of transmission destination of data that is associated with the authenticated user; history information acquisition means which acquires history information of addresses which are used in the past; and display means which, when the device is in the authentication mode and the user is successfully authenticated by the authentication means, displays the address associated with the authenticated user as an address of the data, and when the device is in the non-authentication mode, displays addresses included in the history information as candidates for the address of data. |
