<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy system using an external combustion engine capable of improving energy efficiency by leveling heat energy and electric energy.SOLUTION: An energy system using an external combustion engine includes: heat source means 500 generating heat; an external combustion engine (a Stirling engine 520 etc.) operated by heat energy of a prescribed temperature supplied from the heat source means through a prescribed heat medium; electric power generating means 530 driven by the external combustion engine as a power source; a frequency converting device 540 for converting AC power generated by the electric power generating means into DC power; and electric power interconnecting means for mutual complement of electric power with other power supply means (a wind power generator 602 etc.) about the DC electric power converted by the frequency converting device. The electric power interconnecting means adjusts a rotational frequency of the external combustion engine by controlling the frequency of the frequency converting device so that the total of the electric power supplied from the electric power generating means and the electric power supply means, is agreed with the total of load electric powers.</p> |
