<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid softening agent composition high in freeze stability and good in dispersibility of blended capsulated perfume.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid softening agent composition containing following (A) to (C) components. (A) an amine compound having 1 to 3 long chain hydrocarbon group fragmented by an ester group and/or an amido group, or a salt thereof or quaternized product thereof, (B) a capsulated perfume and (C) one or more kind of compound selected from (C-1), (C-2), (C-3) and (C-4), (C-1) a specific amine compound or an acid salt thereof, (C-2) a semi polarity surfactant, (C-3) polyoxyalkylene amine, a salt thereof or quaternized product thereof and (C-4) an ampholytic surfactant of 0.5 mass% or more.</p> |
