PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a motion path of work performed by a robot easily.SOLUTION: The robot control device comprises: a storage part for storing a work program indicating content of work performed by a robot in association with information of the work; a storage part for storing a coordinate position of the robot in association with robot identification information for identifying the robot; a display control part for displaying setting screens according to work steps included in the work on a display part sequentially; and a path creation part for creating a motion path of the robot in the work based on the work program according to the work selected by a manager, and the information of the coordinate information of the robot performing the work.
