<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of improving heat exchange performance between a first fluid and a second fluid that helically flow.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger is configured so that a helical passage 7 is constituted between helical parts of a partition wall 3 provided in a vessel, and a plurality of upper and lower helical tubes 4 in contact with this helical passage 7 are vertically provided to implement heat exchange between a first fluid flowing in the helical passage 7 outside of the helical tubes 4 and a second fluid flowing in the helical tubes 4. A flow passage width PA of the helical passage 7 in which the first fluid flows outside of the helical tubes 4 in a direction parallel to a helical center direction of the helical tubes 4 is set identical to a flow passage width PB of the helical passage 7 in which the first fluid flows outside of the helical tubes 4 in a direction orthogonal to the helical center direction of the helical tubes 4.</p> |
