PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mixed powder agglomerate of polyimide powder and fluorine-containing resin powder excellent in handleability.SOLUTION: Provided is mixed powder agglomerate obtained by reaction of: mixed powder of polyimide powder and fluorine-containing resin powder; a tetra-carboxylic acid component formed of an aromatic tetra-carboxylic acid and/or an aliphatic tetra-carboxylic acid; and a diamine component formed of an aromatic diamine and/or an aliphatic diamine, and including a polyimide precursor coupling the particles of the mixed powder.
