<p>Disclosed are a front incubator system and an application of the same. The method comprises: obtaining information of persons meeting preset requirements; obtaining, according to the information of the persons, information of technical projects related to the persons; analyzing the technical projects according to the information of the technical projects; and evaluating, according to the analysis result, technical feasibility and/or development prospects of the technical projects, and outputting the evaluation result. In the embodiments of the present invention, a means for verifying technical projects is provided, so that the working efficiency of project management can be effectively improved. By introducing the project management mode into a front incubator, the front incubator can serve as a "promoter" for technological products and scientific and technological enterprises, and can be interrelated with the existing enterprise "incubator" and combined with the post-incubation enterprise "accelerator", so as to form a complete chain for breeding, supporting and developing medium small and micro-sized enterprises.</p> |
