PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in characteristics and life due to elution of a hole transport layer into a luminous layer.SOLUTION: An ink 7 containing a crosslinkable polymer hole injection material is dropped on a top surface of a low molecular hole transport layer 4 comprising an amorphous film, the low molecular hole transport layer 4 is dissolved, recrystallized and layer-separated, and thereby a crosslinkable polymer hole injection layer 3 and the low molecular hole transport layer 4 are formed in order. Thus, a crystalline layer of the low molecular hole transport layer 4 can be formed, and improvement in physical stability can be made by the formation of the crystalline layer. Therefor, the low molecular hole transport layer 4 is suppressed from being dissolved by a solvent in forming a polymer luminous layer 5 on the low molecular hole transport layer 4. Accordingly, deterioration in characteristics and life due to elution of the low molecular hole transport layer 4 into the polymer luminous layer 5 can be suppressed. |
