PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating capacity by making frost formation on the refrigerant outlet side of a cabin exterior heat exchanger as late as possible during a heating operation and thus improve comfort of an occupant.SOLUTION: Paths P1-P4 are arranged in a cabin exterior heat exchanger 33. Air blowing amount of an outdoor air blower passing through the path P1 on the refrigerant inlet side of the cabin exterior heat exchanger 33 is set to be larger than that of the outdoor air blower passing through the path P4 on the refrigerant outlet side of the cabin exterior heat exchanger 33.
