PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system, an image processing method and an image processing program which are capable of further improving image quality.SOLUTION: An image processing system 100 comprises: an input part 10 for inputting an input image signal; a color signal filter part 30 for using a color signal and a luminance signal as reference signals and a color signal as an object signal to apply filter processing to the color signal on the basis of the color signal and luminance signal; and an output part 40 for outputting an output image signal based on the color signal and luminance signal after the filter processing.
