<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emit emission light in a direction substantially parallel with a substrate plane on which an optical control element is formed.SOLUTION: An optical control device is an optical control element formed on a substrate, and comprises: a base part 10 having a cavity structure; a reflection part that reflects incident light which passed through the base part 10; an incoming/outgoing path 20 that is connected to a side surface of the base part 10, guides the incident light into the base part 10, and guides the incident light reflected on the reflection part to the outside of the base part 10; and a quantum dot 30 provided on an optical path of the incident light in the base part 10. The base part 10 is in a shape having anisotropy to two directions perpendicular to each other within an equiphase surface of the incident light.</p> |
