A cable entrance port adapter includes a body having a first end, a second end opposite to the first end, and at least one passage extending axially through the body from the first end to the second end and each adapted to receive a cable therein. The body further includes a plurality of separate pieces extending substantially axially from the first end to the second end and formed of a semisolid material, and the pieces are arranged such that each passage is formed by combining at least two pieces together.
