PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the mounting time of an electronic component when an electronic component is mounted on one circuit board by means of two mounting heads in an electronic component mounting machine of counter twin head type.SOLUTION: Based on the mounting region A of an electronic component P on a circuit board Sa, center position OY in the Y axis direction of the mounting region A is calculated. In order to match the center position OY in the Y axis direction of the mounting region A with the center position in the Y axis direction of an electronic component mountable region (transportation reference center) Y0, the distance LYa1 of travel in the Y axis direction of a conveyor 20a is calculated. After traveling the conveyor 20a based on the distance LYa1 of travel, the electronic component is mounted on the circuit board Sa by means of a pair of mounting heads 51a, 56a. |
