PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an amount of processing for removing an unnecessary object in an image.SOLUTION: A camera 100 includes: an unnecessary object shape acquiring part 302; an observing point selection part 303; and an unnecessary object removing part 306. The observing point selection part 303 selects a plurality of observing points on the basis of information on the shape of unnecessary object in a subject acquired by the unnecessary object shape acquiring part 302. The unnecessary object removing part 306 performs unnecessary object removing using an image corresponding to an observing point selected by the observing point selection part 303.
