<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens which has a wide angle of view, is compact and lightweight, and achieves excellent optical performance over the entire zoom range, and an imaging apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: The zoom lens includes, in order from the object side, a first lens group which has negative refractive power and does not move for varying power, a second lens group which has positive refractive power and moves when varying power, a third lens group which has negative refractive power and moves when varying power, and a fourth lens group having positive refractive power. The focal distance f1 of the first lens group, the focal distance f2 of the second lens group, the focal distance f3 of the third lens group, the amount m2 of movement of the second lens group when varying power from the wide angle end to the telephoto end, and the amount m3 of movement of the third lens group when varying power from the wide angle end to the telephoto end are set appropriately.</p> |
