1. An immunogenic composition comprising two or more different polypeptides wherein said polypeptides are encoded by different Streptococcus spp genes and are selected from the group consisting of:
i) a polypeptide, or immunogenic fragment thereof comprising or consisting of the amino acid sequence as represented in SEQ ID NO 142, 143, 156 or 157; ii) a modified polypeptide wherein said polypeptide is a polypeptide variant of the amino acid sequences presented in SEQ ID NO: 142, 143 156 or 157 wherein said sequences are modified by addition, deletion or substitution of one or more amino acid residues which modified polypeptides have retained or enhanced immunogenicity when compared to the polypeptide as represented in SEQ ID NO: 142, 143, 156 or 157; and iii) polypeptides comprising amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO: 143 and 157.
