<p>The present invention relates to a composition for treating and preventing multiple sclerosis. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition which contains a peptide derived from telomerase and is effective in the treatment and prevention of multiple sclerosis. Further, the present invention provides a method for treating and preventing multiple sclerosis using the fact that a peptide having a sequence of the sequence ID number according to the present invention, a peptide having a sequence having 80% homology with the above sequence, or a peptide fragment thereof, has excellent effects of treating and preventing multiple sclerosis. More specifically, the present invention provides a method for treating and preventing multiple sclerosis without side effects by administering the peptide at a low dosage.</p> |
