PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic determination device which automatically clarifies that a chemical substance is determined not to be used only in some of countries and in which country the chemical substance is an object to be regulated.SOLUTION: An automatic determination device of an environmental load substance includes: environmental load substance information acquisition means for acquiring environmental load substance information including information relating to a use restricted substance for each of a plurality of countries; material information acquisition means for acquiring material information including information relating to a chemical substance in a material; storage means for storing the environmental load substance information and the material information; determination means for determining whether the chemical substance included in the material information is included in the environmental load substance information, and output means for outputting the information to the effect that the chemical substance included in the material information is restricted in use in a specific country only when it is determined that the chemical substance included in the material information is included in the environmental load substance information and information to the effect that the chemical substance included in the material information is designated as a use-restricted substance in a specific country is included in the environmental load substance information.
