PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel that enables an entire length to be elongated without thickening thickness of the lens barrel in a storage state.SOLUTION: The lens barrel is a lens barrel 19 that has a groove part in an inner peripheral part, and the lens barrel 19 comprises: a lens holding part 4 that holds a lens 2; a cum barrel 5 that has cum grooves 52a to c engaging with the lens holding part 4 provided in the inner peripheral part, and moves the lens holding part 4 to an optical axis direction by moving to the optical axis direction as rotating; a rectilinear barrel 6 that is arranged on an inner peripheral side of the cum barrel 5, moves to the optical axis direction with the rectilinear barrel fitted to the cum barrel 5, and regulates a movement of a rotation direction of the lens holding part 4. Protrusion parts 51a to c are provided in a rear end part of the cum barrel 5 on an image pickup element side, and in an outer peripheral surface of the protrusion part 51a, a protrusion gear 5j is provided that transmits power for rotating the cum barrel 5. In inner peripheral surfaces of the protrusion parts 51a to c, the cum grooves 52a to c are provided. |
