PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting apparatus which securely supports a load of a superconducting coil body, unfailingly absorbs displacement of a superconducting coil that results from temperature change, and achieves high reliability, and to provide a container for the superconducting coil.SOLUTION: A superconducting apparatus 1 according to the invention includes: an outer tank container 5; a superconducting coil body 10; and a connection member (a connection part 20). The superconducting coil body 10 is disposed at the inner periphery side of the outer tank container 5. The connection member connects the outer tank container 5 with the superconducting coil body 10. The connection member includes an outer tank side support member and a guide member. The outer tank side support member protrudes from an inner wall of the outer tank container 5. The guide member is connected with the outer tank side support member and extends in a direction that the connection member displaces when the superconducting coil body 10 is cooled from a room temperature. The superconducting coil body 10 is connected with the connection member through the guide member so as to displace in a direction that the guide member extends. |
