摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved solar battery structure part and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a method including a step of forming a contactor pattern on a surface of a solar battery. The solar battery includes a surface-organized semiconductor substrate. The forming step includes: a step of covering a lower layer of the solar battery to form at least one thin layer (including a material having an ablating threshold); and a step of irradiating a first part of the at least one thin layer with a laser having a profile at least partially homogenized without irradiating a second part of the at least one thin layer. The laser is operated at the ablating threshold of a material of the at least one thin layer, or at a fluence approximate to the ablating threshold. During the irradiation step, the surface-organized semiconductor substrate further homogenizes a beam profile at least partially homogenized to facilitate the laser operation at the ablating threshold of the material of the at least one thin layer or at the fluence approximate to the ablating threshold.
