PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer container or the like having a simple configuration for detecting electrostatic capacity.SOLUTION: The developer container or the like comprises conductive members containing resin for detecting an amount of developer from the electrostatic capacity, and a frame body containing the developer and having the conductive members. The conductive members are provided on a first surface of the frame body which is in contact with the developer and a second surface of the frame body which is a back surface of the first surface. A part of the conductive member on the first surface and a part of the conductive member on the second surface are connected in the frame body.
