PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a virtual host having migrated to another physical device by migration to continue a service at the same IP address as a migration source.SOLUTION: An active device 2a comprises a hypervisor and a network processing unit, and embodies a virtual host 212a by the hypervisor. The virtual host 212a comprises: an operation system processing unit 2121 that communicates with an operation system 3 via a NAT function and controls the virtual host 212a itself; and a server processing unit 2122 that directly communicates with a server 4 without going through a NAT function, and controls the network processing unit. When the hypervisor of the active device 2a has made its own virtual host 212a migrate to a standby device 2b comprising a similar configuration to the active device 2a, it notifies the virtual host on the standby device 2b of the completion of switching the device.
