PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid system, a hybrid vehicle, and a power transmission method for hybrid system capable of coping with abnormality when abnormality of a step-less transmission mechanism for power transmission between a crank shaft of an internal combustion engine and a motor generator and of the motor generator is detected with a simple logic and capable of securing safety.SOLUTION: When power transmission between a crank shaft 15 and a motor generator 21 is performed via a CVT 16 directly coupled to the crank shaft 15 with a state that the crank shaft 15 of an engine 10 and the motor generator 21 are coupled by a clutch 17 for crank shaft, based on temperature of the motor generator 21, unexpected abnormality on at least one of the CVT 16 and the motor generator 21 is detected, and then power transmission between the crank shaft 15 and the motor generator 21 is disconnected by the clutch 17 for crank shaft. |
