PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a placed object to be loaded selectively on a first height position and a second height position higher than it on a vehicle chassis.SOLUTION: The chassis structure comprises a first fastening device 6 that can fasten a placed object C on a chassis 2 at a first height position L1, a raising spacer 7 that can fasten the placed object C on the chassis 2 with the first fastening device 6, and a second fastening device 15 that can fasten the placed object C at a second height position L2 on the raising spacer 7. Preferably, the raising spacer 7 comprises a projection 12 adapted to an undersurface hole 8a of a corner fitting 8 of the placed object C on a face directing upward in a fastening state by the first fastening device 6. The second fastening device 15 comprises a detachable lock part 15c adapted to a hole 8b formed in the vertical plane of the corner fitting 8 in a state of being placed on the raising spacer 7.
