<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to save consumption of a memory bus bandwidth when multiplexing a video stream in a multi-chip structure.SOLUTION: A video stream generated by own chip is made to be packed data as it is. Concerning a video stream generated by the other chip, pack processing is emulated using pack information including information on a generated code amount associated with code processing of the other chip. Time information included in header information of a packet is renewed. Concerning a video stream input afterward, time information is determined so as to be temporary continuous with emulated packed data.</p> |
