摘要 The present invention relates to a method for preparing a metal nanostructure using a DNA and, more specifically, to a method for preparing a metal nanostructure, which easily controls the orientation, form and size compared to a conventional bottom-up method due to using a DNA having a self-assembling property as a frame. The metal nanostructure prepared by the method exhibits an excellent localized surface plasmon resonance phenomenon, and thus can be used as a fluorescent material in drug delivery, biomedical imaging, supersensitive biosensors, etc.
