<p>Disclosed is an air door controlling structure of a corrugated roller, the structure comprising a corrugated roller (1), wherein a number of main air passages (3) with the same structure are provided evenly on the circumferential surface of the corrugated roller (1), an air door duct (2) is slidably disposed at each end of an inner cavity of the corrugated roller (1), an outer wall of the air door duct (2) fits against an inner wall of the corrugated roller (1), air inlets (5) are provided on the air door duct (2) corresponding to the main air passages(3), the diameter of the air inlet (5) on the outmost of the air door duct (2) is equal to that of the main air passage (3), and from the second air inlet on the air door duct (2), the diameter of each air inlet is larger than that of the previous one by the diameter of the main air passage, and air outlets (4) are provided at the inner end of the air door duct (2) close to the centre of the corrugated roller (1), with the air outlets (4) being in communication with the inner cavity of the corrugated roller (1). With the structure, the number of vents on the corrugated roller can be regulated according to the requirements of the corrugated paper that needs to be produced.</p> |
