<p>The present invention relates to the technical field of organic electroluminescent displays. Disclosed are an array substrate and manufacturing method thereof, and display device, capable of solving the problem of low luminous efficiency of existing array substrates. The array substrate of the present invention comprises an organic electroluminescent device and a planarization layer (103) disposed therebelow; the organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode layer (104), a second electrode layer (107) and a luminescent layer (106) disposed between the first electrode layer (104) and the second electrode layer (107); the first electrode layer (104) is a transparent electrode layer disposed above the planarization layer (103); and the planarization layer (103) is doped with metal micro-nanoparticles.</p> |
