PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable obtainment of stable strength by stably securing a between-materials compressive force distribution range, while enabling enlargement of a movable range of steel plates for being joined to each other, by enlarging a positioning range of a high-strength bolt.SOLUTION: A friction joint structure for a high-strength bolt joins two steel plates 3 (3A and 3b) together. Bolt holes opened in the two steel plates 3A and 3b to be joined together are formed as slots 31 and 32. The slots 31 and 32 of the respective steel plates 3A and 3b overlap each other in such a manner as to be orthogonal to each other in a major-axis direction. The high-strength bolt 2 is inserted through a crossing part, in which the slots 31 and 32 overlap each other, via a washer 4 and fastened. |
