PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-terminal type capacitor in which displacement hardly occurs and fixing strength on a mounting substrate is secured when mounted on the mounting substrate.SOLUTION: In a three-terminal type capacitor 200, a second external electrode 206 provided on one end in a length direction of a first surface 202a of a capacitor element 202 satisfies the following conditional expression: H2>H3, when one of second folding-back portions 206b, 206b of a fifth surface 202e and a sixth surface 202f, whose height of a center portion in the length direction is higher than the other is defined as H2, and height of the center portion in a width direction of a third folding-back portion 206c of a third surface 202c is defined as H3. A second external electrode 208 provided on the other end in the length direction of the first surface 202a satisfies the following conditional expression: H2'>H3', when one of second folding-back portions 208b, 208b of the fifth surface 202e and the sixth surface 202f, whose height of a center portion in a length direction is higher than the other is defined as H2', and height of the center portion in the width direction of a third folding-back portion 208c of a fourth surface 202d is defined as H3'. |
