<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that can prevent a motion of a hand for terminating photographing from being photographed in a photographed motion picture.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: an imaging element capturing a subject image; a display part for displaying the subject image captured by the imaging element and a plurality of symbols superposed on the subject image, and that can be confirmed visually from the subject; a hand detector for detecting a hand of a subject person from the subject image captured by the imaging element; a termination operation detector for detecting a predetermined photographing termination operation conducted by the subject person by using the hand detected by the hand detector; and a motion picture photographing part performing motion picture photographing by making the imaging element repeatedly perform the capturing, and in response to that the photographing termination operation is detected by the termination operation detector during motion picture photographing, producing motion picture data to a time prior to a time when the photographing termination operation is conducted, and storing the motion picture data in a predetermined storage medium.</p> |
