<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method capable of reliably improving the non-excavated side B of a sheet pile A with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An apparatus is constituted of: a slide block 1; an agitation unit 2; and a long size member 3 attached to the slide block 1. The slide block 1 is a steel block which is formed in a similar figure similar to a shape of a concave portion of a sheet pile A and the front side thereof protrudes at a sharp angle toward the concave portion of the sheet pile A in a side view. The long size member 3 is a long H-section steel extending upward from an upper part of the slide block 1. The agitation unit 2 is an agitator attached to the non-excavated side B of the slide block 1, which is constituted of a drive motor 23 and agitation blades 24 attached to a rotation shaft 25.</p> |
