<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin foam molded body which is light-weight, has excellent heat insulating property and cushioning property, and is excellent in mechanical strength to external force, such as impact force.SOLUTION: A middle skin layer 3 is provided between front and rear skin layers 1,2 made of a non-foam layer, and a first core layer 4A and a second core layer 4B which consist of countless long thin short fibrous resin bodies, which are formed by expanding a foam cell wall in a moving direction of a metal mold during molding, are respectively formed between first foam layers 11,13A fused on opposing surfaces of the front skin layer 1 and middle skin layer 3 and between second foam layers 12,13B fused on opposing surfaces of the rear skin layer 2 and middle skin layer 3. The first and second core layers 4A, 4B exert light weight, excellent cushioning property, and mechanical strength, and increase void ratio to achieve lighter weight.</p> |
