<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pine whole cut device capable of performing processing without quality deterioration to a pineapple with pericarp into a cylindrical pine whole.SOLUTION: A pineapple p with pericarp is mounted on a pineapple mount table 3, and cylindrical outer cylinder blade 7 and inner cylinder blade 8 disposed in the outer cylinder blade, they are standing in a central vertical line x direction, are simultaneously dropped for cut the pineapple p into a cylindrical shape. The pine whole cut device comprises: a lifting part 12 for lifting up and down tips of the outer cylinder blade 7 and the inner cylinder blade 8 from an upper position of the top end of the pineapple p mounted on the pineapple mount table 3 to the pineapple mount table in the central vertical line x direction; a rotation part 10 for allowing rotation of the outer and inner cylinder blades 7, 8 around the central vertical line x at the same time to the lifting up and down; and a pineapple top part press mechanism 9 for restraining the whole top part press body between the outer and inner cylinder blades 7, 8 and a core top part press body disposed in the inner cylinder blade 8 at a constant position higher than the top end part of the pineapple p on the pineapple mount table 3.</p> |
