Disclosed are a wireless communication system, a method, a base station, user equipment and a device. The wireless communication system comprises deactivated BSs, non-deactivated BSs, and a user equipment (UE). At the same time and over different carriers, the UE engages wireless data communication with deactivated BSs and with non-deactivated BSs; when a deactivation trigger node determines that deactivation conditions are met, a deactivation process is triggered releasing the wireless data connection between deactivated BSs and the UE. Under the present invention, when deactivation conditions are met, the UE releases those data bearers among all data bearers that non-deactivated BSs cannot accommodate, and transmits data bearers that can be accommodated on carriers of non-deactivated BSs, thus ensuring reliable service for the UE. |
