<p>"Temperature-controlled bed with isolation from environmental contamination" comprising a movable structure provided with lower, lockable casters, the open bed having a mattress, on which there is a controlled flow of laminar air or clean air along the side of same, providing isolation from environmental contamination and easy access to the patient, in which the flow of laminar air or clean air is generated by a motor that suctions the ambient air passing through a bactericidal pre-filter used to capture the large particles found in suspension in the air, with the option of passing through an active carbon filter, followed by a (preferably resistance) convection heater, in which the heater has a servo control, enabling adjustment and maintenance of the temperature levels desired in each case, the flow of air finally passing through a HEPA filter that is used to capture submicronic particles, with the air being directed through a specific articulated device that controls and directs the flow and is formed by an acrylic wall and is used to control the speed of the flow of air such that it is distributed in a horizontal unidirectional laminar manner without any turbulence over the entire bed, maintaining a barrier that supports a micro-environment suitable for patients, and providing isolation from environmental contamination with a controlled temperature and easy access to the patient, the bed being fitted with a movement handle and controlled by means of a panel.</p> |
