PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share basic schedule information on medical workers belonging to each medical facility among a plurality of medical facilities.SOLUTION: In a home medical care coordination system, a data management server for managing information in a team formed by a plurality of medical facilities involved in home medical care, and a terminal device used by medical workers belonging to each medical facility are connected via a communication network. The data management server stores, for each of the plurality of medical facilities, basic schedule information including patient visit schedule per medical worker belonging to the medical facility and customized schedule information into which the basic schedule information has been changed. If the data management server receives, from a terminal device, a reference request for schedule information on medical facilities other than a medical facility to which a medical worker using the terminal device belongs, it discloses the basic schedule information on the medical facilities requested for reference to the terminal device having made the reference request. |
