PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber roll manufacturing apparatus and a rubber roll manufacturing method each capable of inhibiting deviations of a core bar feeding mechanism and an extrusion mechanism in horizontal direction occurring on at least either of an occasion for operating the apparatus and an occasion for stopping the apparatus.SOLUTION: When a compressor 92 is operated, compressed air is emitted from the lower surface 90A of a leg part 90. A frame unit 82 and a rubber material feeding mechanism 18 hover from a pedestal 84, and a binding force, by the pedestal 84, of the rubber material feeding mechanism 18 along horizontal direction is canceled. If a rubber material heating step and a stopping step are executed in a state where the binding force, by the pedestal 84, of the rubber material feeding mechanism 18 is being canceled, the force exerted onto the extrusion mechanism 12 wanes in accordance with the horizontal movement of the rubber material feeding mechanism 18 in relation to the pedestal 84. It therefore becomes possible to suppress horizontal deviations of the core bar feeding mechanism 24 and extrusion mechanism 12 occurring on at least either of an occasion for operating the rubber roll manufacturing apparatus 10 and an occasion for stopping the rubber roll manufacturing apparatus 10. |
